Patient Portal

What to expect

Your care begins with listening. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, and goals—then map out next steps that fit your life. Visits are unhurried, supportive, and designed to help you understand why symptoms are happening—not just how to manage them.

The Process

How new patient care works

A simple, step-by-step experience—so you always know what’s next.

1) Start with an inquiry

Send a message through our contact form. We’ll confirm fit, answer questions, and outline scheduling options.

2) Complete your intake

You’ll receive new patient forms and instructions to share your history, current symptoms, medications/supplements, and goals.

3) Your initial consult

We’ll connect the dots, discuss likely root causes, and create a personalized plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, targeted supplements, and/or functional testing.

4) Follow-up & refinement

We track progress, review results, and adjust your plan over time—so changes are sustainable and aligned with your body’s response.
